Subletting to a tenant conducting doubtful business (hair braids)

A Muslim businessman wants to sub-let a portion of his business to a salon where hair braids are joined to the hair of the clients. Would it be permissible for the businessman to sub-let his premises for such a purpose?

a lady to trim her hair for health reasons (split ends, hair fall etc)?

Also Mufti Saheb is it
permissible to clean ones eyebrows (not shape) ?

And also is it
permissible to remove the hair between ones eyebrows (nose, forehead)?

other colours?

As i read in tashreeh somthing like this "to look young"

Answer:

A woman is allowed to dye her hair when the hair turns grey or white. However, it is not permissible for her to dye her hair black. Consider the following narrations of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam :

Why is it not allowed to dye hair black? May i please have an answer in detail.

Answer:

It is mentioned in a Hadīth that the Nabī of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam told Abū Quḥāfah when he saw that his hair had turned white that, “Change the colour of this hair but do not use black dye.” (Muslim Vol. 3 Pg. 1663)
