Method of visiting the cemetery

Question: 

Kindly provide me with the sunnah method of visiting the cemetery: -Dua to read when entering -what to read at the qabr side -where to stand at the qabr side- eg at the feet end, or head end or side -what to recite at the qabr side In my case, at the Westpark cemetery, my mother is buried in B section and my brother is in C section- a distance of approx. 1 km- do I need to visit both qabrs?

Question: 

A musallee says that its not proven from any authentic hadith that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam recited Quran in the graveyard and if we do it, we must face Qibla and not face the qabr. Please reply with hadith if possible or some explanation that proves its permissible to recite Quran in the graveyard and we can face the qabr.
This person wont be satisfied with a simple answer so please give a detailed reply

Question: 

What is the ruling
regarding women visiting the grave, can she go with her Mahram or not at
all? 


Answer: 

There is a difference of opinion amongst the Ulama whether or not the women are also included in the general permission (regarding visiting grave) mentioned by Rasulullaah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Those Ulama who grant leeway give permission with the proviso that the following conditions are adhered to:
