Renting a premises to sell pets

Is it permissible to feed your pet cat dry food which contains haraam ingredients? Or should you only feed halaal food to your pets?

Answer:

It is not permissible to feed animals/pets food which contains Haraam ingredients. i It will only be permissible to feed Halaal food to animals and pets.

What is the Hukm of piercings during Ghusl? Must water go through the holes or not?

Similarly, if a person has something stuck in between their teeth, what is the Hukm of Ghusl?

Answer:

Swallowing food from between the teeth during Salaat

Question:

There was some small piece of food (bread) which stuck in my teeth. While in Salaat, by mistake, I ate it. Will my Salaat be annulled?

Answer:

If the food particle that was swallowed was equal in size to a lentil/chick-pea or larger than that, the Salaah will be invalid. However, if it was less than in size than that, the Salaah will be valid. [Re:- Behishti Zewar Pg.137].

Halaal ffod in hospice

Question:

A Muslim
mother of 4 children is in hospital with TB. Her condition is very bad and
still coughs very badly.

The
hospital has informed the family that they need to discharge her and she needs
to be cared for at home. The patient is weak and is wearing adult
diapers(Nappies).
