Question: 

When a Masbooq joins the Jamaat and is rushing straight for Ruku or Sajdah etc. Is it necessary to fold his hands or he must drop them and go the position he wishes to join the jamaat after Takbeer?

Answer: 

Our Akaabir have had a difference of opinion when it comes to this Mas’ala. Some are of the opinion that one should fold his hands1, while others are the opinion that one should not fold his hands. One thus has the option of practising on either of the two views.
