Folding the hands when joining the Imaam

Question:

When a Masbooq joins the Jamaat and is rushing straight for Ruku or Sajdah etc. Is it necessary to fold his hands or he must drop them and go the position he wishes to join the jamaat after Takbeer?

1. When going into Sajdah from the Qawmah posture, at which point must the hands be placed onto the knees?

2. Are there any texts of the Fuqahaa to prove that when going into Sajdah, the nose should touch the ground first and then the forehead; and when coming up from Sajdah, then the head should be raised first and then the nose?

Question:

A person was a Saahibut Tarteeb. During Salaat, he lifted his Topi using both hands. Is his Salaat Faasid? Does thi Salaat have to be repeated if his Salaat was Faasid?

He has performed more than 5 Salaats after this Salaat. Is he still considered a Saahibut Tarteeb? If not, what is he required to do to attain the position of Saahibut Tarteeb?
