In the enquired case, if the alcohol is produced from grape-wine or date-wine, it will be impermissible to use; however, if it is made from other substances, it will be admissible to use it in some cases due to Umoom e Balwa (the general masses are so involved and indulged in its usage that it has become unavoidable); yet, the Taqwa demands abstention and precaution.
