1. I have heard that Dua is accepted at the first glance of the Kabaah. Is this true?

2. Is it permissible to make tawaaf and make intention of esaal e sewaab for ones deceased parents?

3. When in Ihraam is it permissible to take off your Ihraam and take a shower, will this break ihraam?

Answer:

Saying R.I.P. for a deceased non-Muslim

Question:

Is it permissible to say R.I.P. for a deceased non-Muslim? Will the ruling be changed if the deceased is a relative?

Answer:

R.I.P. effectively is a dua for the deceased. Muslims have been prohibited from making dua for those who have passed away on kufr. Therefore, it will not be permissible to say r.i.p. for non-Muslims, whether the deceased is a relative or a friend or someone else.i

Dua for loss of hair

Question:

I
am suffering from extreme hair loss. I have very scanty hair now, my scalp is
visible at various places.

Khutbah of Eid Salaat

Question:

In the Hanafi Madhab, should Dua be made after the Eid
Salaat, or after the Eid Khutbah?

Answer:

The Du'a should be made after the Eid Salaat, not after the Khutbah.

Can a woman make Du'aa after the bier of the Marhoomah is lifted (not Fatihah, just Du'aa) in a gathering of women?

Answer:

There is no basis for such a congregational Dua in Shariah thus such a practice should be discarded.
