Will one
have to perform Jumua Salaah in Mina ?

Answer: 

If a Haji resides in both Makkah Sharif and Mina (combined) for a period of 15 days or more then he will be considered as a resident in Mina and must perform Jumuah Salaah. If his total stay in both Makkah and Mina is less than 15 days then he will be a Musaafir, thus Jumuah will not be obligatory upon him. He may make Qasr of 2 Rakaats or he may even perform Jumuah Salaah in congregation in Mina, but the compulsion of Jumuah will not be applicable to him.
