Answer:
If the doubts of a Murtad are removed but refuses to return to Islam and in fact remains persistent on his Kufr then it is necessary to cut off relations from him even though he may be a close relative. [Re:- Aap Ke Masaa’il Aur Unka Hal Pg.39 Vol.2]
وانها دالة علٰي هجران اهل الكفر والمعاصي من اهل البدع وغيرهم فان صحبتهم كفر او معصية اذ الصحبة لا تكون الا عن مودة الجامع لاحكام القراٰن للقرطبي ص 95 ج 5
2. You should not assist them in anyway if they are persistent upon Kufr.
